DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shaffee. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy (Lebanon only):


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Delivery charge: $4

- Some orders or items may be delivered free of charge. This will be determined at checkout.

- Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours starting from the time you place your order. You will also receive a tracking number that will be active within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent.

 

Damages

Watcharly is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Payment Transactions

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
